Voila System Performance Issues - Voila

We are currently investigating system-wide performance issues affecting Voila. This may impact label generation for a subset of shipments. If a shipment is affected, please try processing it again to generate the label.

  • Following continued monitoring, the issue appears to be resolved and Voila services are operating normally. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure stability.

  • We have switched to our backup provider and the last error observed was at 2026-04-01 12:39:10. We are continuing to monitor closely to ensure the service remains stable.

    Batch Processing Issue (Resolved)

    We identified an intermittent issue with how error handling was managed, which led to occasional problems with batch processing.

    This has now been fully resolved, and the system is operating as expected. We apologise for any disruption this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to fix the issue.
