We are currently investigating an issue affecting one Helm server.

Only clients hosted on the affected server are impacted. Other Helm clients are not affected.

Our team is working to restore service and we will provide further updates as soon as possible.

The earlier issue affecting one of our Helm servers has now been resolved.

Affected accounts are accessible again, and all previously missing orders should now have been synced successfully.

Our team will continue to monitor the affected server to ensure everything remains stable.

The issue affecting one of our Helm servers has now been resolved, and affected accounts are accessible again.

Please note that orders from approximately the last two and a half hours may not currently be visible in Helm. Our team is actively working on recovering these orders and restoring the missing data.

We will provide a further update once the order recovery work has been completed.

The issue affecting one of our Helm servers is still ongoing.

We have identified that this is related to SQL on the affected server. Our team is working with our server provider to restore service as quickly as possible.

Our server provider is currently backing up and reimporting the databases on the affected server. This process is expected to take around one hour, although some accounts may become available sooner.

Only clients hosted on the affected server are impacted. Other Helm clients remain unaffected.
