UPDATE: The issue affecting shipping label generation in Helm for orders with discounts applied has now been resolved.

The issue was linked to a recent platform update, which caused an incorrect value to be sent to the courier integration. The update was rolled back, and normal label generation functionality has been restored.

No customer data was lost, altered, or compromised. Customers may now retry generating any affected shipping labels.

All services are operating normally, and we are continuing to monitor the platform closely to ensure stability.

We are investigating an issue affecting shipping label generation in Helm for orders with discounts applied.

Affected users may receive the following error when attempting to create a shipment:

“Property 'UnitValue' must be in range from 0 to 999999”
