myhelm.app expirencing some logging in issues

We are currently investigating an issue affecting myhelm.app where some customers are unable to log in and may receive an “incorrect credentials” error message. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and resolve this as quickly as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.

UPDATE - please update the app to 1.1.8 and you will be able to continue to login as normal
