Update: We experienced increased latency originating from the data centre currently in use, which impacted system stability and label creation.
Mitigation work is in progress, and services are stabilising. As part of a permanent resolution, we are migrating away from this data centre. This migration is scheduled to be completed within the next 24 hours.
We are currently investigating system-wide performance issues affecting Voila.
